What is ThinkSupply?
Think Supply is Think Concepts' online store. The main purpose of this store is to make it easy for our customers to order their regular consumables and other IT products and services. This site does not contain all our products and services, it only contains key IT products that businesses require. We have purposely left off complex IT products and solutions as that would require technical consultation and design and cannot be purchased off the shelf. Who can have a ThinkSupply Account?
Anyone who has a Think Concepts credit account can have an account. Your account number for registration will be on your Think Concepts' invoices.
If you do not have an account with us email us on info@thinking.co.nz to create one, or fill in the registration form on ThinkSupply and we will create one for you.
How does ThinkSupply differ from ordering over the phone?
Certain products have a website discount if purchased through ThinkSupply rather than over the phone or via email.
All orders placed through ThinkSupply will be saved under your order history in your ThinkSupply account, this will allow you to review previous orders that you have placed with ThinkSupply directly.
We will procure your order through our existing CRM system and your ThinkSupply orders will go under your usual Think Concepts account. The order will be invoiced to you in the same way as they always have been. We do not accept payment via ThinkSupply directly.
How do I pay for my order?
Orders will be charged to your Think Concepts account. ThinkSupply won't ask you for your credit card information.
If you are a new customer, simply register with your details and we will be in touch.
What are your freight and return policies?
Freight will be added after your order is shipped and differs across products as they are procured from different distributors. Some products are freight free, if mentioned within the product. The freight free specials are limited to online purchases only.
The return policy is as per Think Concepts current terms and conditions.
What are ThinkSupply Rewards?
Every $500 spent on ThinkSupply each month, qualifies for a $25 ThinkSupply
Rewards Voucher. You need to reach a total spend of $500 in a single calendar month. This spend accumulates over the month for purchases on ThinkSupply.
e.g. Four orders totaling $125 each placed over the course of the month, will qualify you for a rewards voucher as the monthly spend is $500.
How do ThinkSupply Rewards work?
From the $500 spent it will earn you a $25 ThinkSupply Rewards Voucher which is valid for one year. There is no limit to the amount of vouchers you can earn in a month.
E.g. spend $1000 and get a $50 ThinkSupply Rewards Voucher
The E-vouchers will be emailed to you on a monthly basis. Vouchers generated in the previous month arrive on/after the 6th of the month following.
How can I redeem a Rewards Vouchers?
To use your voucher on support hours, simply quote your unique voucher ID over the phone when receiving helpdesk support.
To use your voucher to purchase products online add the unique voucher ID to the comments section when in the checkout of ThinkSupply.
You can use as many vouchers at a time as you like, simply quote more than one voucher number.
There are no exclusions on what products you can spend it on.
- All sums mentioned are GST exclusive.
- Vouchers are issued in the following month, and are valid for one year (12 months).
- Vouchers can not be used to pay invoices for sales that generate them.
- Rewards vouchers can not be used to pay account balances or invoices, they must be quoted at the time of product purchase or labor request either online or over the phone.
Is my information safe?
We treat all customer and order information as sensitive, and only those involved in the procurement process are authorised to access your details.
Do you have any search engine tricks?
You can search for products using the SKU or product code, or simply type in the product description using an asterisk (*) as a wild-card if you're having trouble finding it by name.
